Using clippings
Use the Clippings window for easy organization of and access to things you want to reuse in your documents. Examples of things that you can use as clippings include painted images, drawn objects, text, Internet location files (URLs), clip art, movies, spreadsheet cells, and frames. Anything you can select and drag from an AppleWorks window can be put in the Clippings window. The Clippings window comes with a variety of items you can use in your documents. You can add more clippings and create your own collections (panels). To open the Clippings window, choose Show Clippings from the File menu. To use a clipping, drag it from the Clippings window to your document. Tip: The Clippings feature replaces the Libraries feature (in previous versions of AppleWorks and ClarisWorks). You can incorporate a ClarisWorks 5 or AppleWorks 5 library into Clippings.
