Using the Movie menu for the movie viewer window


    The Movie menu for the Preview or Layout tabs provides the following menu commands:

    Show or Hide Timeline Editor

    Toggles the display of the Timeline Editor.

    Zoom

    Lists several commands on a submenu for zooming a movie in and out in the movie viewer window.

    Text Settings (Windows)/Text (Mac OS)

    When you have a text track and sample selected, lets you set font options for the text sample. If you're using Windows, choose Text Settings to open the Font dialog box and then set font options. If you're using Mac OS, choose Text and then a command on the Text submenu to set font options.

    Track > Bring To Front / Track > Bring Forward

    Moves a track to the top of the layering order, or one layer at a time.

    Track > Send Backward / Track > Send To Back

    Moves a track to the bottom of the layering order, or one layer at a time.

    Present Movie

    Plays the movies at the full size of your screen.

    Flatten Movie

    Includes all referenced data in the movie and makes it self-contained for the Web. Before flattening, tracks contain references to data but not the actual data. To avoid problems with missing data when a viewer sees your movie in a Web page, flatten your movie.

    Note: Any files you embed in a movie track do not become a part of the root movie when the movie is flattened. The embedded file must reside at the referenced URL in order for the root movie to display it.(See Using movie tracks.)
