Using page templates
You can save any page as a page template and use it to control the layout and appearance of other pages in your site. Any part of the page template that is not marked as an editable region is automatically locked so that when you or others on the same site project create new pages from the template, only the editable regions can be changed.
You use color highlighting to show the difference between locked and editable regions. New pages based on a template are automatically updated whenever you make changes to the template (content in the editable regions is not affected).
Use Smart Objects for images in your page templates. If you resize a smart object image in a template, GoLive automatically resizes and optimizes its Web image in every page that's connected to the template.
