- Study Guides: I have added an answer key for the Exam IV that includes questions over material covered since Exam III. Here is the link to the study guide page.

- Graded Problem Set 3: Graded Problem Set 3 is now available on the Problems Assignments page. This is a takehome assignment that you may hand in when you take the final on the 17th, or drop off in the folder outside my office by Thursday, 20. December. You can download it by clicking here.

- Study Guides: I have added answer keys for one of Quiz 4 and one of Quiz 5 example quizzes that contain questions similar to the ones you should expect on tomorrow's quiz. Also, the answer key I posted for one of the Exam III examples has some good examples. Here is a link to the study guide page.

- Study Guides: I have added another example quiz for Quiz 3 and have removed a couple of the Quiz 3 examples that were not relevant for the quiz you will be taking tomorrow. I have also added another example exam for Exam II along with an answer key. The exam does contains material from metabolic pathways we have not covered yet, and which will not be included on the quiz tomorrow, however the questions are similar to ones I might ask relating to glycolysis, and the two fermentation pathways. - Pathway Learning Aids: Here are a couple learning aids to help you with mastering the metabolic pathways that we will be covering this semester
- Metabolic Pathways guide. This file lists each of the metabolic pathways we will be covering in this class and for each describes the level of detail you are expected to know the exams and quizzes.
- Glycolysis Flashcards. After printing this file and cutting along the dotted lines, you will have 11 flashcards, 10 of which have the the left-hands side of each of the reactions in the glycolytic pathway, and the eleventh, which has pyruvate and ATP, the products of the last reaction in glycolysis. Start with the flashcard showing D-glucose, and practice arranging the cards in order to produce the complete glycolytic pathway.
