Inserting or removing a spreadsheet page break

When you reach the end of a spreadsheet page, the next row or column automatically appears on the next page. You can make the page break differently by inserting a manual page break.

You can also control the number of rows and columns in the spreadsheet or print only a specific range of cells.

To insert a manual page break:
1 Select the row, column, or cell where you want the page to end.
2 Choose Add Page Break from the Options menu.
You see a dashed line over the cell grid lines indicating the page break.

To remove a manual page break:
1 Select the row, column, or cell where you added a page break.
2 Choose Remove Page Break from the Options menu.
To remove all manual page breaks, choose Remove All Breaks from the Options menu.
