Adding LiveMotion filesGoLive lets you add SWF animations to your Web page using Smart LiveMotion objects. The Smart LiveMotion object has all the benefits of working with images as Smart Objects with options that aren't available when you simply drag a SWF file to your page layout. With a Smart LiveMotion object, GoLive creates a target file in SWF format from a source file and maintains a link between the target and source files. Using GoLive's ability to detect replacement tags (variables) in a LiveMotion file, you can create versions of the source file with different text, changed links, or a new animation style. GoLive's Variable Settings dialog box controls LiveMotion for generating the target file from the source file. You can also view, assign, or modify an embedded link to a URL in the SWF file using the Variable Settings dialog box. (See Working with variables in a LiveMotion file.) Related Subtopics: |
