Adding horizontal lines to a Web page

    You can use horizontal lines to divide a long Web page into topic areas. AppleWorks translates user-specified page breaks and section breaks into horizontal lines when you save a document as HTML.

    To add a horizontal line:
    • Choose Insert Page Break or Insert Section Break from the Format menu.
    Note: AppleWorks ignores automatic page breaks when it saves documents as HTML.

    Tip: For a different type of line, draw a horizontal line on the page. AppleWorks exports a line as an HTML graphic image.
