You can change square corners into rounded ones, and adjust the curve of the corners on rounded squares and rectangles.
To set corner roundness before drawing or painting a rounded square or rectangle:

Double-click the rounded rectangle tool (painting), or select the rounded rectangle tool and choose Corner Info from the Edit menu (other document types). |

Select an option: |

To make corners very rounded, select Round Ends. |

To specify a degree of curvature, select Radius and enter a radius value. (The higher the value, the rounder the corners.) |

To change the corner roundness of an existing square or rectangle:

Click a rectangle or square to select it. |

Choose Corner Info from the Edit menu. |

Tip: You can open Corner Info by double-clicking the rectangle or square you want to change. |

If you can't adjust corner roundness:
If you see the Transform menu and not the Arrange menu, you are in a painting document or frame and therefore cannot adjust the corners of squares or rectangles that you've already created. In a painting, you use different methods for changing the appearance of images. (Because there are significant differences between painting and drawing features, it is important to choose whether you need to paint or draw before you begin creating something.)
