Creating a style sheet
The first step in designing with cascading style sheets is to create the internal or external style sheet that contains your style definitions. The CSS Editor lets you define the styles for an internal style sheet and reference external style sheets. To view styles in an external style sheet, you can double-click the external style sheet's name to open the external CSS Editor. Alternatively, you can open an external style sheet from the site window or your hard drive in GoLive.
