Adding comments

As you lay out content on your Web pages, you may want to add comments about the design. Comments appear only in GoLive (in the Comment Inspector and the source code) or other HTML editors and do not appear on the pages in Web browsers.

You can also add comments to the head sections of pages. (See Adding elements or scripts to the head section.)

To add comments to your page:

1. Drag the Comment icon from the Basic set in the Objects palette to the desired location in the page, or double-click the Comment icon to place it at the insertion point.

A symbol  appears in the text to indicate the location of the comment.

2. In the Comment Inspector, type your comment.
