Step 1: Design the site

Lay out the site, preferably using the Site Diagramming tools in GoLive (see About design diagrams). Define the pages, forms, and choices that viewers make, and define the pages that viewers end up on as a result of their choices. For each page with SQL-based dynamic content, identify the database and table from which the information will come.
