• Today you should continue working on your Web Termpaper project. The Web Termpaper assignment was given to you on October 31. At this point you should have made substantial progress with
  • Creating a bibliography and downloading the pdf versions the articles you will need, or requesting those articles you cannot download from Interlibrary Loan.
  • Collecting the pdb files for the various structures of RNA Polymerase, both prokayrotic and eukaryotic.
  • Creating a skeleton of your site in GoLive with navigation links connecting the pages.
  • Starting to add content to your site,
• Today you sould be refining the content and adding Jmol images along with Jmol controls, which illustrate the narrative of your term paper.
• The Web Termpaper is due next week at our last Lab meeting. I will be giving you instructions at that time on how to submit the site.
