Sharing control of your screen

Your administrator can control your screen from his or her computer, using the mouse and keyboard to perform tasks on your computer.

If an administrator takes complete control of your screen, you cannot do anything on your computer until the administrator is finished controlling the screen.
If the administrator shares control, you can type on the keyboard and move the pointer when the administrator is not using the mouse on his or her computer.

If the privilege "Show me when I am being observed" is set in the Network Assistant Security application on your computer, the icon below appears in the menu bar on your computer when your screen is being observed or controlled.
