Viewing multiple records in Browse mode

    In Browse mode, you can view one record or multiple records. By default, AppleWorks displays multiple records.

    To view records one at a time:
    • Make sure Show Multiple is deselected in the Layout menu.

    To view multiple records on a page:
    • Make sure Show Multiple is selected in the Layout menu.
    Tip: If the Show Multiple option is dimmed, turn off Page View in the Window menu.

    If you can't see all of your records:
    Some of your records might be hidden. Choose Show All Records from the Organize menu.
