| Selecting database records 
						In Browse or List mode, you can select a single record or a group of records. You must select a record before you can move, duplicate, delete, or hide it. Selecting records in Browse mode 
						To select a single record:
							
								|  | Click in the record anywhere other than in a field. |  To select a group of records:
							
								| 1 | Make sure that Show Multiple is selected in the Layout menu. |  
								|  | Tip: If the Show Multiple option is dimmed, turn off Page View in the Window menu. |  
								| 2 | Select the records you want: |  
								|  | 
										
											|  | To select adjacent records, drag through them. |

						To select a single record:

						To deselect the entire selection:
