The structure of Dihydrolipoyl Transacetylase has beta sheets stabilized by alpha helices. This structure is mostly anti-parrallel beta sheet further stabilized by alpha helices. This structure is also bound with two other components the E1 and E3 subunits. This helps stabilize the structure the E2 Subunit is connected through electrostatic interactions with Arg 135 and Arg 139 to Asp 344 and Glu 431 of the E3 subunit. The other Structures can be found on Pyruvate Dehydrogenase E1 or Dihydrolipoyl Dehydrogenase E3
