Handling and cleaning DVD-RAM discs

Store the cartridge at temperatures between 14°F (-10°C) and 140°F (60°C). Do not expose the cartridge to excessive humidity.
Do not push forcefully on the top of the cartridge.
Keep the cartridge dry. To avoid condensation on the disc, do not bring the cartridge into a warm room suddenly when the cartridge is cold.
Do not touch the exposed part of the disc behind the cartridge shutter.
    Do not drop the cartridge.
Avoid exposing the cartridge to direct sunlight.

For a disc not in a cartridge, hold the disc by the edges or by one edge and the center hole. Do not touch the data surface of the disc (the side without the label).
