The Notes View feature lets you make notes that you can use as you create and edit your presentation. For example, you might want to make notes to yourself about what you plan to include in a slide, or about what you plan to say in your presentation. Notes you make in Notes View do not display during a slide show, but you can print them.
To make notes about a slide:
1 |
Click the slide tab in the Controls window. |
2 |
Select a slide. |
3 |
Choose Notes View from the Window menu. (A checkmark indicates that Notes View is on.) |
4 |
Click in the notes frame and type notes or add other elements. |
5 |
To return to the normal slide view, choose Notes View from the Window menu to remove the checkmark. |
If you don't see the Controls window:
Choose Show Presentation Controls from the Window menu.
To print your notes:
|
Select Notes in the AppleWorks section of the Print dialog box. (For some printers, you must choose AppleWorks from the pop-up menu in the dialog box to see the AppleWorks options.) |
