Assigning rollover images automaticallyThe Detect Rollover Images feature can automatically assign Over and Down rollover images in one step. You just specify the filename of the normal image (the one that displays when the page is first opened), and GoLive automatically finds the respective over and down state images if you used the appropriate naming convention. For example, if you specify your normal image as myimage_Base, GoLive looks for myimage_Over and myimage_Down. Make sure your image names also have the proper file extensions, such as .GIF, .JPG, or .PNG. GoLive offers three different sets of naming conventions you can use. For more information about editing the naming conventions, see Editing or viewing the GoLive rollover naming conventions. Note: To use the Detect Rollover Images feature, you need to put your images (normal, over, down) into the same folder. The Detect Rollover Images feature is on by default, but you can turn it off if you prefer to assign rollover images manually. To turn off the Detect Rollover Image Feature:
Note: You can always enable the Detect Rollover Image feature again by selecting Detect Rollover Images in the Rollover Settings dialog box or choosing from the palette menu. |
