Using the File Mappings tab
The File Mappings tab 
shows the MIME type for various file extensions and the application that is assigned to open each of them. If the Application column in the Web Settings window is set to Default, the application that will be launched is the same as that mapped in the operating system. You can modify the existing mappings or add new ones.
