Step 4: Build a static version of the site with simulated content

Go ahead and create the pages of the site. Create new pages, lay them out and create tables, forms, or other constructs. Fill in the tables that receive database content with placeholder text, also called mock content. This lets you design the page and decide how it should look. Often this mock-up site can be reviewed with clients and users and refined before the work is done to make the site dynamic. You may want to examine the sample dynamic content sites available in the GoLive installation folder for ideas.
