Using the Visual Tag Editor

The Visual Tag Editor lets you inspect and edit the source code of a single HTML element in the Layout Editor without having to use the Source Code Editor or Source Code palette. The Visual Tag Editor also lets you insert new source code.

The Visual Tag Editor is a good tool for making quick, on-the-fly changes to the source code of a document without leaving the Layout Editor. If you need to perform more extensive editing of the code, use the Source Code Editor or Source Code palette instead.
