Authoring a workgroup site

GoLive offers specific tools and features that make it easy to collaborate with others on a workgroup site. Consider the following when collaborating on a site:

• Files that make up the workgroup site must be checked out before you can edit them. If a file is checked out by another member of the workgroup, you have read-only access to the file until it's checked back in again.
• While working on a workgroup site, refresh the site view regularly to ensure that the site structure mirrored in the site window is up-to-date. (See Refreshing the site view.)
