The Launcher is set to open automatically on some computers.
To set the Launcher to open (or not open) when you start up your computer, use the General Controls panel.
Help me set the Launcher to open automatically.
If you don't see the Launcher when you turn on the computer:
You can display it by using the Launcher control panel.
Open the Launcher control panel for me.
If you can't find the Launcher control panel:
Make sure the Launcher is turned on in the Extensions Manager.
