You can change print options for the desktop or windows on the desktop. You can also change print options for any document you print.

To change how printed pages are set up (including page orientation and paper size):

•	Open the File menu and choose Page Setup.

To change options when you're printing a document (including the number of copies and the range of pages printed):

•	Open the File menu and choose Print, then change the options you want in the Print dialog box.

The printing options available depend on the application and kind of printer you're using. For more information on specific print options, open the Help menu and choose Show Balloons. Then point to the item in which you're interested.

If you don't see the option you want to use:
The option may not be available for the printer or application you're using.
