If your computer and monitor support Theater Mode, applications such as iMovie, Apple DVD Player, and QuickTime Player can show movies in brighter detail when you play them as full-screen movies. QuickTime Player can also brighten movies you play in a window.
You use the Monitors control panel to turn Theater Mode on or off.
Open the Monitors control panel for me.
To turn Theater Mode on or off:
| 1 | Open the Monitors control panel. |
| 2 | Click the Preferences button. |
| 3 | Select Auto to turn on Theater Mode or select Off to turn it off. |
