Playing QuickTime movies

QuickTime is software that lets your computer play digitized video, audio, and "virtual reality" video. QuickTime files are called "movies." You can find QuickTime movies on the World Wide Web and in many of the software packages available on CD-ROM.

    To play the movie:
    Click the Play button.
Experiment with the other controls to see what they do.

Some QuickTime movies include only an audio track, such as music or voice. If a QuickTime movie does not include video, you see only the QuickTime control bar with no picture above it.

    To play the audio track:
    Click the Play button.
Experiment with the other controls to see what they do.
