To share a macro you've created, you associate it with a specific document.
						To share a macro with another user:
							
								| 1 | Choose Macros from the File menu, and Edit Macros from the submenu. | 
							
								| 2 | Select the macro you want to share, then click Modify. | 
							
								| 3 | Make sure Document Specific is selected. | 
							
								|  | Tip: Unless the macro was already document specific, be sure to deselect this option after you've shared the macro. | 
							
								| 4 | Give a copy of the document to the other AppleWorks user. | 
						
						To use a macro that another user has shared with you:
							
								| 1 | Open the document that contains the macro. | 
							
								| 2 | Choose Macros from the File menu, and Edit Macros from the submenu. | 
							
								| 3 | Select the macro you want, then click Modify. | 
							
								| 4 | Change any options you like. | 
							
								|  | Tip: Unless you want to use this macro only with the document you received from the other user, be sure to deselect the Document Specific option. |
