Formatting an envelope

    The easiest way to format an envelope is to use the Envelope Assistant:
    1 Choose Show Starting Points from the File menu.
    2 Click the Assistants tab, then click Envelope.
    3 Follow the instructions in the Envelope Assistant.
    Using the information you enter, AppleWorks creates a word-processing document correctly sized and oriented to print on an envelope from the specified printer.

    For information on printing envelopes, see the documentation that came with your printer.

    Tip: To print envelopes with addresses in a database, you can use mail merge or the Create Labels Assistant.
