You can easily copy complex cell formatting, including fonts, formats for numbers, dates, and times, and cell backgrounds and borders, and apply the format to other cells.

To duplicate a cell's format:

1	Select the cell whose format you want to copy.
2	Choose Copy Format from the Edit menu.
3	Select the cells you want to reformat.
4	Choose Apply Format from the Edit menu.
