Printing mailing labels

    Most labels are available on individual sheets. You can load multiple sheets in your printer's paper tray or hand-feed one sheet of labels at a time.

    To print mailing labels:
    1 Choose your label layout from the Layout menu or from the layout pop-up menu on the left side of the document window (except in Browse mode).
    2 Choose Page Setup from the File menu.
    3 Specify the appropriate print option for your printer, then click OK.
    4 If you're not using Avery labels (you specified custom measurements when you created the label layout):
    a Choose Document from the Format menu.
    b Measure the distance from the top edge of the label sheet to the top of the first label, and enter this measurement for the top margin.
    c Measure the distance from the left edge of the label sheet to the left edge of the first label, and enter this measurement for the left margin.
    If you specified an Avery label, AppleWorks calculates the margins for you.
    5 Choose Print from the File menu.
