Alpha helices Beta Sheets

Fructose 1,6-bisphosphatase has a subunit molecular mass of 37 kD. It has a secondary protein structure consisting of a mixed alpha-helix and beta-sheet motif. The beta sheets are predominately anti parrallel in nature with one exception. There are 10 alpha helices and 9 beta sheets.
