Move To

The Move To action moves a floating box to a new position on the page.

Make sure your page has a floating box with content within it or visible properties before you create the action. (See Adding floating boxes to the page and Adding content to a floating box.) Trigger the action with a user-triggered or timeline-triggered event. Choose Action > Multimedia > Move To. Choose the floating box you want to move from the Floating Box pop-up menu.

Enter values in the Position text boxes (the first text box represents the distance in pixels to move the floating box to the right, and the right text box is the distance to move the floating box down), or move the floating box to the desired location and click Get. Or to retrieve values from a variable, click the small red "C" icon Red C icon adjacent to the Message text box to change it to a blue circle icon Blue circle icon , and choose a variable from the pop-up menu. To retrieve text from a browser-triggered action set to OnCall in the head section, click the icon again to change it to a question mark icon  Position property until it changes to a green question mark icon , and select an action from the pop-up menu.

To make the floating box slide to the new location, select the Animated option, and enter a positive integer in the Ticks text box to define the animation speed. One tick equals 1/60 of a second. The higher the number of ticks, the slower the movement. If Animated is not selected, the floating box instantly appears in the new location when the action is triggered.
