The JME Molecular Editor

The JME Molecular Editor is a web-based Java tool for drawing structural formulas for molecules and converting the structure to a SMILES string. The JME editor uses skeletal structural formulas. The Virtual Lab Simulator

The Virtual Lab Simulator was created by David Yaron and his colleagues at Carnegie Mellon University and is part of the IrYdium Project. It is a web-based simulator that allows you to carry out laboration activities from the comfort and safety of your computer screen.
